To receive and consider the accounts for the year end 31st March 2023 the reports of the charity trustees and auditors.
4. Auditors
To appoint Messrs. Michael Adamson & Co Chartered Accountants

5. Auditors’ remuneration
To authorise the charity trustees to set the level of the auditors’ fees.
Proposed £800.00 for the preparation of the necessary year end accounts.
At this point all trustees step down

Nominations for the position of representatives of Associate Groups must be received by noon on 7.06.2024
